Our hotel rooms were big and new-fashioned, in absolute perfect condition. Perfect location - just a walk down to everywhere we needed. You could walk to the main shopping centre and a market.

The food was reasonably priced - variety of options. The room itself was absolutely great with great views. Unique location and overall the staff was very good and courteous.

Everything is clean and exceptional. The room is perfectly clean and fancy, comes with wonderful view on the Ubud's jungle and absolute perfect condition plus bathtub. The location is good and BEAUTIFUL, on that area. No complains at all, I totally recommend this hotel and would come back for sure.

I did not want to leave and would love to come back. The breakfast was great with nice view, the location was beautiful. Excellent staff from all staff members and the room was fancy and large. Location: the hotel was short walk to the markets. Sambahan district was worth visiting.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was just breathtaking, nestled on top of a valley with stunning views of the lush green jungle. Waking up to this scenery from our large balcony was an unforgettable experience. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, with no request being too much trouble. They were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel also offered a range of amenities, such as room service, car hire, and a spa and wellness centre, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The complimentary shuttle service to and from the nearby town was also a great convenience.

I loved staying at this hotel! The location is perfect as it is in the middle and on the higher edges of the city, meaning beautiful views of the surrounding nature. It was also easy for me to get transportation to the city center. The breakfast every morning was fresh and had a great variety to choose from. The staff were always helpful and kind.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Its location is awesome, close enough to the town centre, the jungle and the mountain, and the restaurant. There is Cafe Bintang nearby for a cup of coffee.

During my stay, the location of the hotel was excellent since I was able to get to the city center in no time with the free shuttle service. The room was lovely, with great views of the surrounding jungle. The service was impeccable, the breakfast was delicious with a lot of choices. I also had the opportunity to enjoy a wonderful spa treatment and attend a yoga class.

For a 5-star hotel, some of the linens and towels could use a renewal, which was a bit disappointing.

The view was really great and it was an amazing experience sleeping surrounded by the sounds of the jungle. Sitting outside and watching the sunrise in the morning and the sunset in the evening made my entire stay. It was also very convenient that they offered a shuttle service to the nearby city.

I had enjoyed some meals but it wasn't consistent throughout my stay. It would be better if they took more care in the kitchen, as this was quite a letdown.

The location turned out to be stunning and great, short walk to access the city life, Perfect to relax and Ubud trade center. It also was in the middle & higher on surrounding edges.
